When will I hear back?
You will be contacted by centre management within 2 weeks, if you haven’t heard from us, please assume your application was unsuccessful. If your application is unsuccessful your CV will be stored for, unless requested otherwise, 6 months.

Recruitment process?
Once you have been contacted by centre management you will be invited in for an interview. If we receive a high number of applications for one role we may conduct phone interviews before meeting you in person. Once we have met you, you may be invited back to work a few hours with one of our team members so we can see what you are truly like in a work environment. You will then sit down with the centre management to discuss whether you have been successful or not. If you are successful, then you will be invited back for your induction and walk around. During your first few weeks you will receive full training by our management team in using the tills, hosting birthday parties and serving guests.
